Alika Walker is a professional singer who has been singing since she was able to talk.  She sang background with Anami Jordan, an artist from the DC area, for seven years.  With Anami, she has performed at the Birchmere, Blues Alley, the Half Note and several other venues.

Alika earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Bowie State University and is currently teaching at Thomas Johnson Middle School. She also tutors students in mathematics.
